All residents who wish to be on the lease as well as all guarantors (co-signers) will need to fill out an application and pay the $50 application screening fee. Our approval criteria are as follows: A credit score of or about 650 and 2.5x the total monthly rent in monthly income. Additionally, all residents must pass a criminal background check for felonies and or violent crimes. If you do not meet the above criteria, we do accept guarantors (co-signers). An applicant denial can occur with one or some of the following: Poor credit score is reported, collections accounts with past due balances are reported, or negative rental references are reported, and or criminal history is reported.
