Our approval criteria are as follows: A credit score of or about 650 and 2.5x the total monthly rent in monthly income. If you do not meet the above criteria, we do accept guarantors (co-signers). An applicant denial can occur with one or some of the following: Poor credit score is reported, collections accounts with past due balances are reported, or negative rental references are reported.
